I need some functions to be added on in my ecommerce website in laravel in php -- 3

Hello , there! I want some changes in my ecommerce platform made on laravel and php. 1)Image and text uploader for the customers when they buy customisable product and recieved with order(need on/off switch in add product page) 2)A label in seller if seller add product , after he mention price of product. there should be a label of what he get after deduction of commision , gst and shipping. 3)free shipping tags on frontend, promotion,coming soon.discounts. 4)Shipping integration 5)frontend modification 6)top 5 searches. 7)integration of sku and verification when seller dispatch. 8)bulk import need some more attributes to be added and a way to upload images in bulk my Budget is fixed 6000 and i have just 3 days time
