I can design a script that you can run as a function inside whatever page you want ,that can whitelist or blacklist(redirect) users based on their IP address location. The idea behind this is as it follows. We take their IP address ,pass it through a API that gives us their relative location (country for example ) and based on that we can reject their request redirecting them or we can let them stay on the site .
