PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Zurmo is an open source Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application written in PHP utilizing jQuery, Yii Framework, and RedBeanPHP, available at [login to view URL]

Need an plugin / extension which can be configured withing each Zurmo instance installed on Linux VPS and will connect to Google API and Zurmo and Synchronize them.

Need to sync tasks, calendar, contacts, drive and mail (sync just for one Google Account per Zurmo user) with Zurmo CRM and vice versa.

Example:

CONTACT LEAD SYNCING

- Contacts will automatically sync based on the scheduled Job Manager.

- Contacts created in Google will create new Contact records in Zurmo.

- New Contacts created in Zurmo owned by your user will be created in Google as new contacts. They will appear in the Zurmo group in Google Contacts. You can add these contacts to other groups as well, but they will only sync changes while part of the Zurmo group.

- Only contacts owned by your user in Zurmo will be synced.

- Any changes made to a synced contact in Google will update the Zurmo contact upon sync.

- Any changes made to a synced contact in Zurmo will update the Google contact upon sync.

- Deletions made in either system will be synchronized based on the options selected in each users individual Google Apps

UNDERSTANDING MEETING/CALENDAR SYNCING

- Meetings will automatically sync based on the scheduled Job Manager.

- Meetings created in Google Calendar are synced to Zurmo as new Meeting records.

- Meetings created in Zurmo owned by your user will be created in Google Calendar as new meetings.

- Only Meetings owned by your user will be synced.

- Any changes made to a synced meeting in Google will update the Zurmo meeting upon sync.

- Any changes made to a synced meeting in Zurmo will update the Google meeting upon sync.

- Deletions made in either system will be synchronized based on the options selected in each users individual Google Apps

TASKS: when I make task in CRM would like to see this task in my google tasks. Then if I check this task in google that is completed, also to be marked as completed in CRM.

EMAIL: I create contact in CRM with mail and then send mail (or receive it) to/from in gmail, this mail will be visible in Zurmo CRM - activities with contact who has that mail.
