Responsibilities and Duties He/she knows how to write proposal and how to bid. To generate new business from online bidding portals (i.e. Elance, Guru, Upwork and others freelancer portal). Responsible for gathering business requirements Coordinating with the clients and working accordingly. Domestic and international client gathering Managing the project's budget and accordingly planning for the future activities. Approach the target opportunities and bring out business.
