Need help removing a plugin that is causing wp admin problems

When I try to log into [login to view URL] it brings up a message saying "W3 Total Cache Error: some files appear to be missing or out of place. Please re-install plugin or remove" I believe the plugin needs to be removed through the cPanel or something but im not totally sure.
