Mysql / PHP database retrieving and presenting on existing webpage and allow user rating/comments.

I have a site and want users to be able to query the mysql database. They will be able to search several ways: - keyword search - most viewed - most downloaded - user rating - newest and also choose how they want the results displayed, - either in a grid format or a list view and lastly how many to show 20 | 40 | 80 | ALL The grid view will look like the attached image - showing a title, description, image thumbnail. (I have attached an image of a what the grid view looks like along with the option on how to search.) The list view will simply be the image, description, and image thumbnail listed in a row one after the other. When the user clicks on one of the items it will take the user to a different page where the title, description, larger size image, number of times the item has been viewed, number of times downloaded, a user rating, and a link to download a file that is related to that item. When the user clicks the download link, it should open popup that gives them some instructions along with a direct download link. In that popup window it will allow them to give a ranking to the item they are downloading - using a 10 star rating. I will need you to code the rating/comment script. Of course the program will keep track of the number of times an item has been download and viewed and the ratings it has received. Basically i am just looking for someone to help with the database queries, updating the database to show the views, downloads, and ratings and set it up to allow ratings and commnets. I will be able to integrate your code into my webpages, so i am not worried about appearance. I just need someone to help to get things done faster. I am fairly familiar with php/mysql/webpages and will be able to work with you. I hope this makes sense - it is hard to put my ideas to text sometimes. I
