Multiple, sortable image upload on Laravel

PLEASE READ BEFORE OFFER, because many freelancers give an offer without read description and then they are trying to change price after awarded. Project Description: ------------------------------- We need a coding part for multiple image upload with drag and drop and AJAX which will be saved to database via Laravel Framework and Image Intervention. You are free to use your own codes or plugins like dropzonejs. But it has to be [login to view URL] compatible. Button functions: ----------------------------- Every uploaded image will have tree functional buttons when mouse over (Buttons showed on attached file as grey, green and red buttons. You can use a bootstrap icon with any font-awesome icon or any image or sprite) Button1 tooltip on bottom when mouse over: Delete (This will rotate image 90 degree with each click) Button2 tooltip on bottom when mouseover: Add Text (This will add text "This is not real image of product" to image as watermark). Button3 tooltip on bottom when mouseover: Rotate (This will delete image from storage and database) Sortable function and Main Image label ---------------------------- When user click and drag image anywhere, photos will be sorted with new order and first image (lowest numbered) will have label on it as "Main Image" as it showed on attached file. Columns for photos table listed below: --------------------------- id (auto increment) item_id (unsigned integer) filename (varchar 255) position (tiny integer) Counting and Progress Bar for Photos -------------------------------------- Every item allowed to have maximum 10 photos. (you can give manual number for item_id, since this number will come from relation, you dont need query for it)We need a counting bar and number increasing every time user added a photo and decreasing if user deleted a photo. (Please check attached file) Saving to Database and Preview Images: ------------------------------------- Each uploaded photos will be stored at DB in "filename" column. You dont need to create thumbnails or resize images. We can add those functions. Preview images can be resized via CSS to demonstrate purpose. If photo counts reached to maximum (currently 10), upload will be halted and user will be noticed with message "You cannot add more than 10 photos" Please ask if you have any question. Thank you
