Move website to Drupal 8

We are looking for a developer to move our existing website ([login to view URL]) to a Drupal 8 based site with comparable functionality. You should investigate the site above to ensure you understand the scope of what you are building, along with the requirements document that explains some things that are not obvious on the site.
You would propose a design and upon our agreement you could start to build.
We are looking for a site that is polished, secure, easy to use (visitors) and easy to manage (admin), and have already selected a drupal theme (Progressive from Nika Devs)
You must demonstrate a portfolio of similar sites (that we can verify that YOU created), and in Drupal (do not submit wordpress/joomla/etc sites as evidence of work). If your references cannot confirm you built the site you will be excluded from consideration.
Please submit at least 3 comparable sites, in Drupal, with reference names we can contact through information verified on the website.
