Modifications on wordpress website

We have 3 websites with WordPress platform: Website 1: [login to view URL] Website 2: [login to view URL] Website 3: [login to view URL] What we need is that when the user publishes a news post on website 1 under category “Cursos” this post must be replicated on website 3 under category “Capacitación”. Also, we need that when the user publishes a news post on website 2, under category “Noticias” this post must be replicated on website 3 under category “Noticias”. For example: Site1 > New Post (category: News) > Publish // and then on Site3 this New Post is also created under category: News (this category is not going to change, it will always be News), it must have the same title, description, and featured image. Other features that need to be fixed on website 3 [login to view URL] We need that the blog listing display with the same format and sizes for images, title lines, and excerpt lines. For example, this: ([login to view URL]) Should be displayed like this: ([login to view URL]) The image size should always fill the same image area without deforming. The title should be limited to a preset number of characters (up to three lines on PC version), the rest should be deleted and we must place an "[...]" on it's place. The same for excerpt. Each blog box must have the same proportion for all of it's elements. The blog listing widget has some column customization, we need to apply the same rules for this too.
