Modifications in Existing C# Razor console application

Admin panel work:
1. Add/Edit logo,background for video -- Edit video table
2. Add/Edit text(urls) in two types (1. live now , 2. Upcoming) ---New database table
3. Add multiple photos options in Add/edit photo
API work:
1. Update get video detail API to add the new parameters for logo and background.
2. Create new API for Live/Upcoming URLs
3. Save photo/video for that specific user on server if user purchases a photo/video (Need to write a call back API which will be called automatically by the Payment gateway, we just need to save the photo and video with user ID in this new call back API)
4. Create new API for displaying purchased list of photos/video URLs
5. Update photo/video detail API to show different pricing for subscriber and non subscriber.
6. Create new API to save a flag(true/false) for notify in database new table if user wants to receive push for some events/competitions.
Some minor other fixes if required
