Membership Webiste with payment center

I want to develop a membership website focused on investment recommendations. Here are some details: 1. There will be three paid levels of membership. 2. I'll upload videos and documents to each of the different levels. 3. I want to have the ability to send emails to members. 4. The homepage will have a short video followed by an invitation to join one of the three membership levels. 5. If you apply, you need to prove that you have a track-record with developing a membership site like this. I would like to see your past work. 6.
