You need to create a softeware to add new items and update listingd on ebay. I can help you do that. From excel file, I saw u need this for category 63861 which is Women dresses. How many categories do u sell in? each category may have different columns to fill. Regarding asking ebay to increase limit, This may be challenging, as u need to prove that there is a need to increase this level (like u have more than 1 accounts..) So I am not sure I can do this part.
