Magento 2 Expert Required to fix a few issues today

We have a few issues with our Magento 2 website and looking for an expert / certified Magento coder to help fix them. There are 5 fixes I would like.
1. We recently migrated from Magento 1.9x to 2.2x and have a problem with the way addresses are showed.
- Migrated user account logs into their account
- Clicks on Add New Address, enters a new address
- Selects the 'Use as my default billing address' option
- Save
Magento says address has been saved BUT it appears down the bottom in the Additional Address Entries and not as the Default Billing Address as selected above.
For brand new accounts created, it works absolutely fine.
2. Creating New Products Causes An Error When Selecting Product Attribute Set
When trying to create a new product, the system freezes and says an error message when you choose a product attribute set. Please see image attached: Creating New Product – Error
3. Stop users being redirected to cart after add to basket.
4. Show message if they press add to cart and not logged in
5. Show message on product page if customer not logged in.
I expect it this to be a few hours work for someone very experienced. Please confirm you HAVE read all of the above and tell me HOW you will fix them. Please no auto bids.
