Letter Template website (Private for Paul O $250)

As per our Chat So I need a web page where I can 1.) log in 2.) under Users I can add information. Such as Name, Address, phone number, social security number, Date of birth. Also a place to add some business names and a few numbers afterwards. Underneath each one I add, it has some choices for me to choose between on a drop down. 3.) Once I am done with all of those, I can choose the "Users" tab or link that Lists everyone that I have entered. On the list of users pages, I can check next to their name, and click print. 4.) Under settings section, will have a place for me to add those template reasons (there could be more then one reason for each part). From the drop box, with what it will print if chosen. For example: if one of the items in the drop box states "late pays" Then in settings it could say "Wasn't late" "Paid on time" "This account has never been late" and all three of those would be in the settings page, and it would randomly choose one as the answer if "late pays" was chosen from the drop down. 5.) Also in settings, It will also have a 3 different templates that I can edit. So for example, if I choose a name (or multiple names from the list), then click Print, it will print all three templates (each one is almost identical except for the heading (which is the name of where it is being mailed and the address) it would print the template, for the template it would have to print the address of where its being mailed, but then it would have a spot for the name of the person and the address (which it would grab from the person I checked off). it then would grab the business names (also known as the accounts and the id number for it). It then would see the reason, based on that reason it would print what text i have in the settings for that reason. 6.) I should also be able to choose which template of the three if I only need to print out one of them (after I check the name of the person also). I will provide the names of the template in chat for disclosure reasons) 7.) It would take 30-60% randomly of the the business names and put them on a page (it should only print out 1 page total, so if that means only 30% of them, then that is how many businesses it uses total. It should always be a complete letter but never more then one page total). that it would print out as a letter basically. 8. I also would be able to have the option to choose them as "active" or "inactive" or "completed" as well as the choice to edit each persons name and information (including deleting them if necessary), as well as I could choose a business name if it gets removed (the removal would be from a letter I would receive back in the mail and I can manually choose to remove the business name or edit it) and it would be moved down to a separate part of the backend for the user as "Removed" and the date it was removed/changed. It also should be able to be moved back up to the normal section if I choose to. Basically full control of the information I edited and saved. 9.) the letter would look something like this (Link is found in our chat for privacy). 10.) the place that says " (removed but found in chat)" is where the information would be put from the template 11.) I of course could provide a copy of the template in chat for disclosure reasons, but I would want to be able to edit it in the backend whenever needed. 12.) I want the home page to be some wordpress site I can give you when ready, with a link to login to the admin section with 2fa google authenticator with email/password login for security. 13.) Put a date/time log of when things were printed and any changes when you click on a user, it can be located at the very bottom and labeled "History" 14.) I would like to be able to search for a user in the user section for convenience, as well as reorganize the column of names alphabetically and choose from a drop down "Active", "Inactive" or Completed" as well as see them in the list of "users"
