Laravel project - implement data tables Editor functionality

This project requires an expert in Laravel 5.5 and dataTable (Editor), GitHub and JavaScript, who is available to be contacted between [login to view URL] to 5 pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST). I cannot work with a freelancer that is only available after 4:40 pm (AEST) or only via messages, and have to wait for 24hrs for a response. Also, will require online screen-share and voice conversations to discuss features and project, so the English language must be fluent. The code needs to be clean, commented and refactored, using best practice. The Laravel application is a construction project management system (main Laravel project) still in development stage and the feature that needs to be added for this project is the claim feature, for payment based on percentage of work completed to be displayed using dataTable Editor, with the ability to edit each cell just like excel (dataTable Editor version). There is a claims table that manages all the payment claims and already has the VMC set up and gets data from other tables via foreign keys, like project info, staff info and other details. This will need to receive data from a progress claims table. The progress claims table lists the breakdown of the construction contract with each trade discipline this table will have; percentage of works complete and have calculated results for amount remaining and amount completed on each trade discipline this is displayed using dataTable (Editor), with the ability to edit each cell just like excel. This also needs to be exported in pdf, CSV, Excel, print etc. and also need to modify the exports to match the business style guide logo, font sizes and font colours fonts, which are in a styles table. The trade disciplines are to be selectable from a drop-down select list that gets the discipline name and discipline code from the disciple's table. Also need an ‘add discipline’ option in the select list so a discipline can be added on the fly (I have some JavaScript code for this, used in other parts of the application). Each new claim added will take values from the previous claim and populate the fields accordingly in the new claim under previously claimed, previously certified amounts fields etc. We need the ability to populate the fields in the claims table and generate a pdf payment certificate based on the progress claim data. Once a claim has been certified, it needs to be locked and so it cannot be modified. I have a test Laravel project (Laravel dataTable project) set up to test the dataTable (Editor) functionality, and this code can be used to implement it into the main Laravel project, so we do not need to code from scratch. However, there are some minor bugs to be fixed before we proceed in the implementation of this code. Please ensure you have read and understood the project requirements, as I do not need a freelancer that does not deliver the correct code and expects to be paid extra to fix their own mistakes or misunderstandings, there will be a discussion, questions and changes made on the fly, so please make due allowance in bid. Furthermore, this is a fixed priced project, and please make due allowance to clone/download the project from GitHub, create new branches as required. Add seed data from the migration factory (already coded) and manually add some data to get the project working on your local server, before any coding can be done. Also, need to ensure allowance made to step me through your code to explain its functionality and answer questions and rectified code or functions that do not run correctly or as expected. The only adjustment to the fee/bid will be for additional features or new scope and agreed in advance, no extra fee will be paid for a freelancer to rectify their own code bugs or mistakes, or the time taken to explain issues to them. All code errors must be rectified in a timely manner.
