Issue with wordpress woo-commerce cart items not being able to be removed

From time to time I have customers complaining that when they try and remove an item from the cart, it just reappears. I haven't been able to replicate this problem myself. I also have NO caching plugins so not sure what could be causing this issue. The website is [login to view URL]
