Install Let's encrypt on digital ocean server

I need to install an ssl certificate on a digital ocean server. It runs a live web app built on top of Yii2 framework. The base it's a normal LAMP stack. The web app runs on frontend on port 80 and backend on port 81. Everything it's configured as virtuahost, so the certificate, once installed, needs a configuration even on the virtuahost side.
