Incomplete Laravel Project needs finishing and conversion from Laravel 4 to 5

I am looking for a Laravel developer which knows the Laravel 4 structure and can migrate the project to Laravel 5. Probably the fastest way will be to understand how the current project works and then recreate it under a Laravel 5 structure. I personally know Laravel but just run out of time to do this task . 80% of the project is functional and been already completed in Laravel 4. Project needs to be moved or recreated in Laravel 5 . The project has the following. Contact Page About Us Page Category Pages Login page New User Create Page User Profile Management Page Each User Can Create and manage his own profile page A user can create more then one profile page Admin user can manage all user profiles ( Create, Edit , Delete , Activate, Deactivate profile) Each profile page will have the following properties: Data fields , drop down fields Picture Upload The Picture upload needs to auto-compress the image and work on mobile phones. The project main target is mobile phones and mobile devices so everything in the back-end and front-end needs to work on mobile devices. Each Profile info can be viewed by the public by browsing domainname/profilename There is a category page which will list all the profiles with optional sorting filters listed under domainname/category The Project needs to be built as an API as the data from the profiles to be easy handled by other 3rd parties .. such as another domains or a mobile app interface. This project is more of a test for the successful person , if the project is migrated properly and finished successfully there are more Laravel projects to be done on the list for premium money. Do not apply for this project if you don't have experience in Laravel will waste both of our times. Project duration for somebody which knows Laravel well is around 1 week.
