I need people interested in solving my problem.

I need someone to help me create a code that runs an .exe file using php

so I tried the program below the error.

$projeto = "C:\\wamp64\\www\\videos\\".$youtube.".xml";

$cmd = "[login to view URL] -user=".$youtube." -pass=".$youtube." -project=".$projeto." -start";

###### First try.

$output = shell_exec($cmd);

###### Second attempt.

system($cmd);

###### third attempt. attempt.

$commandString = 'start "" /B '.$cmd.' /MAX /REALTIME /SEPARATE';

pclose(popen($commandString, 'r'));

With the above three alternatives I was able to listen to the program, but it did not start correctly. if it started with an error. Follow the log below:
