We have an existing website [login to view URL] that was built for us by a Website designer. We paid a high price and it is a beautiful site. He then took the money and ran. We do all daily maintenance in house. I do all inventory, creating items, pictures etc. We are looking for someone who can help us with security patches when needed, existing modules and extensions, upgrades and speed issues. We have a particular USPS issue currently, USPS has changed the First Class Mail name on their API and we are not able to offer it because we do not know how to create a patch and get in to the code base and change the name to the correct name they are offering after their change the they made on September 2, 2017. I am looking for someone who can be on call when problems do arise like this that we cannot fix. We are on a limited budget and we have been using a Company in Vietnam that has helped us in the past at a cheap rate, but my contact person has left that Company and I figured I would check here before outsourcing International Companies again. Their cost was $40/hour and that worked fine with us. Can someone help us? Thank you! Mark
