Hide some settings in a plugin so that it is seen by admin only

Attached you will find the plugin for a wordpress button creator. On the admin page where you design the button, I need MOST options to be seen by admin only. There is only one option that should be seen by all other roles and that is the target URL box (as shown in attached screenshot). This is a simple job and needs to be worked on immediately. Thanks.
