I am using gravityforms, gravityview and gravityperks. I have created tables to capture 10 different forms..and a table [All Forms] that creates automatically when anyone of the 10 forms is submitted. The reason for the [All Forms] table, is to provide a centralized table that a user can view if they search one criteria (ie. created by, or customers name)... they will be able to see a list of data passed through (via gravityview) when the [All Forms] was created. This data will show the user info about the original form. What I need... I need a link created, (or an automatic process), that when the user selects the [All Forms] record on the table (created by gravityview) it will take them to the original form, the [All Forms] record was initially generated from. Basically, the [All Forms] table will function as a viewable linking table only.
