I am seeking a person who can make some cool changes to my current ledger sheet i am making.

I want the main sheet to be this google tab seen attached. so everything is based on this information shown here.
123945 - first row is the org who is doing the action
132965 - is the action being peformed
7111145 - third row the org being affected by the action
0) dropdowns - set up the first three rows as drop downs where I can add more at my own discretion.
1) there are 12 org in total right now that are part of this ledger. want a way for a person to easily see the totals only for biggentertainment and so forth.
2) payables - this is where actions that need to be done by our business partner named ray. these are email transfers that need to happen. bills that need to be paid by ray. he is the money guy. has the company credit card. it will essentually choosing certain types of drop downs used on the second line. need to be put together in a nice way.
what i want is to have these at an easy access and make look nice also. needs to be pretty and built for a person with ocd.
make it look pretty. i like pretty. buttons are a good thing. order is a good thing.
