Hello, I am very interested in the work. I have a degree in geography with +10 years of experience in GIS projects. What I would do to develop your project would be the following: 1) Transform the points of locations to file type shapefile to work in a GIS analysis software such as ArcGIS 2) Convert Dublin districts to shapefile file. 3) Create a 1km2 grid for each district, using the ArcGIS fishnet option. 4) Visualize the three overlapping layers 5) (optional) Create a new layer with a buffer of 1km2 for each location point The work would be ready for when you need it.
