Full time Web Designer

Hey guys, I am looking for a full time web designer/developer that works 40 hours a week with me. I am not offering a project, I am offering a job. Some of the skills i am looking for is PHP, Wordpress, HTML5, CSS, Graphic Designing etc.
Job is simple: Creating a website and Landing pages and optimizing them daily. Adding new content, updates, improvements daily.
REQUIREMENT:
- You must be able to work PST (Pacific standard time) or EST (Eastern standard time)
- Please reply back with your BEST per hour rate.
- Communication via whatsapp
- I am Indian myself and speak Hindi and Punjabi
- You must be a Team Player
WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR:

- Must be mobile and tablet friendly. (Take a look to see how the above website looks on mobile and tablet)
- The results of the form must go to an email, database and CRM.
- You will need to integrate with the CRM. I will provide the POST URL and the nodes. (You must have prior CRM integration experience)
- I will provide the questions and answers for the form
- You will need to come up with images a little different of course
- I will provide the logo and you can base the color scheme can based on the logo
- The website needs to be made with HTTPS
