I need my video header to play seamlessly and instantly with no loading bars or delay when the website loads. My website is www.movesmedia.com. I hired a freelancer to do this job and they failed. I am now trying again... Here are the details of the job as well as a few more items I would like done: - Video header will play instantly when going to the website [login to view URL] - No loading bar, circles, black screen etc. See this website for a good example [login to view URL] - If i change the video to a new video the effect will not change and header will run seamlessly - website on mobile will NOT BE A VIDEO. It will be current picture - I need the social links and text to be centered on the mobile site. Currently they are off center (see screen shot) - Web page load time will not be affected! I have recorded the load time and cannot have the overall load time increase

After reviewing the source code to your site I noticed you are using JavaScript to load the video. The script itself is rather straight forward and I should be able to modify it so it operates how you want. Worst case scenario is falling back to HTML5 video player which definitely behaves how you want. Loading time won't be affected with either approach.
