Fix php script - safe mode Restriction

I have a php script that creates new sub directories and creates, and adds generated php files to them.

When I run it, it produces this error:

Warning: mkdir(): SAFE MODE Restriction in effect. The script whose uid is 10026 is not allowed to access /var/www/vhosts/[url removed, login to view] owned by uid 48 in /var/www/vhosts/[url removed, login to view] on line 34

I need you to recode this so it can work, even with SAFE MODE ON in PHP.

I'm pretty sure the current method can be changed. If the script is installed as say user 123 , it should be able to run as user 123.

Currently, when the script runs, the owner folder becomes owned by 'apache', if SAFE MODE is ON in PHP, then the script fails because wrong file ownership.

Re-write this so it works on most any unix based server with typical php settings.

2nd, There are 6 steps to running this script for the user, I need a "NEXT" button to goto the next step, so the user does not have to go back to the main admin page after each step. Easy!!

I need this within 3-4 days. Thanks for your bid!
