Fix issues with a Drupal 7 Website

This is a Drupal 7 project. At the moment I have 3 issues that need to be fixed. 1) As the admin user, when you visit [login to view URL] I get a 500 Error, when you visit [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] I get Fatal error: Call to undefined function imageapi_get_available_toolkits() in /srv/bindings/a153bee20896461981c3d070bba45bb8/code/sites/all/modules/imagefield_crop/[login to view URL] on line 31 2) If you go to [login to view URL] and then click on "Where do you find Good Tea?" you'll see that the text is boldfaced and large compared to the actual page at [login to view URL] The accordion teaser should match the look that is at the actual page. 3) When adding an instructor, we are unable to get the image to appear in the display. Steps to add an instructor are a) Add a user and give them Instructor Privileges. b) Got to "Add Content -> Instructor". c) Choose the new Instructor from the radio button list d) Fill in some dummy data for everything but the image. e) Upload an image. Previously, this would take us to a cropping screen where we could crop the image with a ratio of 217 pixels wide by x 187 pixels high. Now it just uploads whatever image you have. f) Now at this point, the insert button is displayed so I should be able to insert the image into the picture. It doesn't work. Those are my current issues. We use [login to view URL] to host our site so you would be able to interact with the development site via GIT to make changes.
