Heya, This is my first Android project on Freelancer. I am new to this platform. But I am experienced developer having many of my Android apps live on the play store. We can sit together and I can fix all your requirements on TeamViewer. You can view my portfolio for the work that I did. I prefer faster and qualitative work. You haven't described more about your app but it seems somewhat like a social app where people can post something.
