Our Wordpress website uses WP touch Pro for running a separate mobile theme (it's not just responsive!). Besides, it runs WP Rocket for caching and speed optimization of the desktop website. Caching is deactivated for mobile.
However, some users see a (badly looking) desktop version when loading the site for the first time on mobile. I'm attaching a screenshot on what it looks like. The second screenshot shows what it actually should look like.
So the task is to make sure that in 100 % of cases the mobile version shows up on smartphones. Please document any changes you make. IMPORTANT: We consider only smartphones as mobile, not tablets! Tablets receive a slightly adjusted desktop version. This is in accordance with how WPRocket and WPTouch treat mobile.

It seems like css issues. Maybe the css is not loading properly on mobile phone. I can tell you exactly what is the issue after viewing the website. Can you send me link of your website? Thanks
