Facebook app site won't fetch user's profile picture / share the picture

Hey guys,
I'v just finished to build my quiz site that gives people quizes and then shows a result based on their answers, a result that is supposed to be shown up with the profile picture of the user or his friend and an option to share the result picture on your facebook wall.
Right now, the result is working good besides the option of the friend's profile picture (which is shown up as the user's profile picture and not his friend), and the option of the sharing is sharing a random image that in the code instead of the image of the result.
