Extra fee not being Taxed in Woocommerce

hello, i have a website in which i use Woocommerce. I use standard Taxed, which are included in the price.
But after adding various plugins i cant seem the Extra fee to work, because its not calculating the Tax of the extra fee.
Example:
SUBTOTAL 1.069,00 DKK
OPSÆTNINGSGEBYR 199,00 DKK
TOTAL 1.268,00 DKK (inkluderer 213,80 DKK Moms)
there should be more than 213.80 in Tax there, but its not taking the standard Tax in the opsætningsgebyr which basically is a extra fee.
can someone fix this?
You must have Teamviewer, and do this quickly over teamviewer. Also max budget is 15 usd.
