Embed video chat on webpage with calendar appointment reservation and contact form

The purpose of the contact page is to allow a visitor and potential client to get into contact with the page owner, to book and to exercise a video chat appointment. It is expected that for video confernce no more than 700 minutes per month are needed. E-mail confirmation to both user/website owner with conference link c. Auto appointment reminder will be sent to user 1 hour before the call takes place d. User can only see free slots. e. User can book max. two hours video call f. Admin can see & manage all appointments in backend. Admin can manage calendar offline to tune the time, which can be booked (day off) or to delete/cancel a booking. g. User account (for each client) is not necessary 3.
