I am looking for a contractor to either create a web-based that will validate emails and install it to my server/website The features I want will include - ability to rotate IP addresses ( IP address has usernames) - ability to upload lists of up to 50,000 - I want the output results to include valid, invalid, catchall, unknown. It is required that it has the function to determine the difference between a valid email and a catchall email.
