Drop Down List Generator

I am looking for a generator where users can come to my site and create customized drop down lists. They should be able to pick the following attributes for the drop down list: -Drop Down List Width -Background Color (with color picker) -Font Color (with color picker) -Font Size -Font Family (with drop down list) (and maybe a few others) They should be able to specify the amount of rows/items they want in their drop down list and then that many text areas will appear for them to enter in the text for each row. So for example, if they pick 7 rows/items, 7 text areas will appear and they will enter the text in each of them. I would like this in either a live preview or a you click "Create" and it gives you the html code for the drop down list along with a preview of it. The choices should carry over to the next page just incase they want to change something and so they wont need to do it all over again. I dont want this to be able to be stolen so nothing in complete javacript. I need this ASAP.
