Hi There, I have check the document carefully. I will provide you Admin panel to manage the property and rooms. For every room in a property we will set the Basic Rent, Battery installation date and renewal date, we can discuss in details for other parameters, like rooms furniture status.. We can add template for rent agreement, where as you feel the tenant information it will be populated and tenant can sign on, for email we can use the email verification process. so once you add the tenant then will send a mail to confirm his account, we will send a 4 digit code as password so that they can login in the system, and we can verify the email address. when you book room for tenant , that time, we can add the schedule and amount for rent, so that we can mange the paid or unpaid tenants on a date. can have a reminders schedule setting , you can set as many as possible reminder.
