Our not-for-profit organization requires a simple CRM.
PHASE 1) Review existing off the shelf products against our requirements and make a recommendation
PHASE 2) Modify recommended CRM to suit needs of an education and training oriented not-for-profit.
Tasks we would like to the system to handle:
1) Basic CRM fields
a. Contact (contact name, address, title, etc.)
2) Activity Tracking (interaction type, date, etc.)
3) Product or Program (description, dates available, cost, location)
4) Opportunity (Value, lead, linked to product, pipeline stage)
5) Case Management (Students)
a. Instructor notes
b. Participant scores and evaluation
c. Track Participation and attendance in training program (Product)
d. Track job placement attempts and interview notes
6) Dashboard (Reports in Table but with some visual)
a. Visual Pipeline (showing days Opportunity is at a stage)
b. Pipeline by User
c. Pipeline by Product
d. Reports exportable to Excel.
Not recommend or develop a system that includes on-going monthly user charges.
Can however, recommend a system that has a one-time cost.
Can be cloud based or hosted on our own server.
System must be mobile friendly, or have an app, to allow “remote” data entry on iOS and Android devices.
Document Integration with OneDrive, Dropbox
Calendar Integration with iCal, Exchange
Task integration with Trello
Mail integration with Apple Mail. ** (Desired but not critical)
If recommending modification of an existing system should utilize Open Source platform such as Sugar, SuiteCRM, vTiger or Bitrix24, CiviCRM that we can fork/customize.
