customize wordpress shoutbox plugin

We currently are building a new wordpress website and have installed a plugin called Sushi Chat which is working well but will only show "Gravatar" but we need it to show local Avatars for each user. We have also installed another plugin called WP User Avatar Pro which allows the site to use local Avatars and this allows users to upload there own profile pics. So what we are looking for is the php changed so that "Sushi Chat" displays the users "Local Avatar" from there profile. We have asked the developer of Sushi Chat if this is possible and he has said the following.... " If you have knowledge of PHP, then it’s completely possible to change where avatars are grabbed from. You’ll have to modify the sushichat\process\chat\[login to view URL] file." I have attached the file he mentions but maybe others also need to be changed. We can provide access to a Wordpress test site if needed. Regards Phil Roberts
