One concern sometimes is that the way the website is outputted can be difficult to scrap data from but usually nothing is impossible. I think it would help to see sample list of sites you intend to do this with. If the sites will always change and new ones added, I think you . have to remember that this is something that might need to be updated as you go along as every site is different and things are always changing.
