Read before bidding. As my developer / programmer I have an incentive for you to potentially earn continued income so read on… BRIEF I’m a top buyer with perfect 5 star rating. I pay promptly for great work. I created my own page for my personal use. It was out of need for speed to navigate websites I like. I use it on a daily basis but never thought of it with commercial value until lately. It will easily customize for anyone and free for everyone. Design look is already in place and I want it to look pretty close. WEBSITE GIMMICKS I hate website gimmicks & tricks. I hate clunky sites. I hate sites that have tons of worthless “download” links. I hate popups, I hate obtrusive ads that force you to scroll or redirect. My site will be clean and clutter free. It will have a donate link but it shall be unobtrusive. DETAILS Start by looking at my page at: [login to view URL] As you can see, I made a page with logos and corresponding links that open in a new window. I think you can already see the value in such a site for anyone to customize their own. If you look on the last row of logo’s that’s the area I want to sell space but it will look just like all other logos. Advertisers will not be accepted if it’s hard sell tactics or if I hate their site. So this line is not changeable by users. Look at the very first image (upper left). That will be my real estate and through admin I will use it or sell it. Like the last line, this image shall be fixed. YOUR REAL ESTATE As my developer I will give you the lower right space. Put your image to your webpage. It is yours but I will approve it in admin. We can change it for you or you can sell it if you wish. Use it to start a new business or sell a particular product. If you create a great site that piece of real estate could be a nice benefit for you and thus, this should be your incentive for us to gain a lot of eyes and users so bid accordingly. Custom Dashboard - admin panel for managing website 1. Site needs - Sign up/Login - Reset Password - Footer (I will provide content… Terms, Privacy, etc.) - Dashboard - Instruction page – users can use current library or create and upload image with corresponding link. Instructions will give exact image sizing and format. (I like .png) - Library Page – depository of logos, their hyperlink or sublink - Edit profile - FAQ’s page - Video page 2. Development - Coding all design with PHP or your preferred language - Contact form for receiving potential advertisers messages in admin panel - Coding for capability to drag and drop - Ad-Sense capable - PayPal for user ads on website - Donate button for receiving donations using PayPal and potentially other payment gateways that we can discuss 3. Google Ad-sense. Google ad-sense is most important, as we are giving this website to user for free, so we need ability to earn money to pay hosting charges, updates and more free web apps. I need help setting up Ad-Sense as I am not knowledgeable about that. I believe there is a fee to get fully verified Ad-sense account . 4. SEO – must add strong SEO (adding meta-tag, dynamic page titles and keywords, images named appropriately and strong with great alt tags and no empty alts). I will check your work with W3C, Woorank and others. Hi-level SEO to target important keywords for Google, other search engines. 5. Social media. I don’t know yet what all social media links but see sample. We need ability for others to freely share our site with no pressure tactics and use YouTube & Facebook to our advantage. Remember, if there is a piece of real estate for you --think about how we can optimize site to your advantage. Payment – I will fund account then create and release milestones as we go.
