Hi, we are looking for someone to create a webcam streaming website. It is to have similar functionality to the below example which will allow clients to sign up, create an account and stream from their webcams and hold video conferences, we also require payments to be taken and to be exchanged between users. We require a technical rundown of the following; Recommended language the site should be written in and why you chose this. Total of hours required to complete the project and your hourly rate per hour in USD OR a fixed quote. What hosting per month will be required & approx cost.
