Create usernames for messagboard/forum

I'm looking for somebody who can create 20 usernames for a forum. This is for developer testing purposes, but they still need to work. The process is as follows: 1) Create an email address (Gmail is fine, but we'll need access details for the email) 2) Go to the forum registration page and create a username - proxies or different locations will be needed - part of our testing process is to make sure we know where people are creating the account from 3) Deliver username/password + email address/password That's it. Very straight forward but of course quite time consuming, as we expect this will take 1-2 hours.
