The application will need to be/have: - Stand alone program. Not run through a browser - Maps (satellite, 3d and earth view) - the ability to manage multiple projects - Mind mapping overlay (with customization functions) - Coverage overlay (with customization functions) - Insertion of pictures and text - Overlays need to be able to interact with each other. - Various other features will need to be included (side panels for notes and the output of information) and will be discussed when the above it complete. The project will be ongoing and could mean additional work in the future for the right person.
