We are using Google sheet to collect regular activities of our sales executives. It's difficult to review these sheets with large number of records. Looking for a company or individual, who can suggest and implement a quick solution. We will provide the logic to analyze the data. You will be responsible for implement our logic and display data as dashboard. I don't have any preference on technology. It should be cost effective and available as web page.

you can use Ruby on rails and "dashing" gem. some logic to process the data and it can be easily hosted as a web page. I have given a buffer of one day, because you haven't given what type of data is there in the Google sheets and also what type of a dashboard are you expecting.
