I require someone to build a Telegram Chat software with mass group invitation feature.

It shall be named Telegram Desktop Multi-Client 2018

It must work with the Telegram API

Its functions should be:

1) Search and join telegram groups in the software

2) Mass invite users from one group to another group

3) It should have chat functions and message functions like normal telegram client.

4) Users can switch accounts within the software.

5) Each software can store up to 50 account logins per software application ( like Cutegram)

6) Must be a Windows Desktop Application

Budget is $100 usd. Delivery in 7 days.
