I have a website for connecting farmers with customers within a REGION. This is for direct, face-to-face sales between farmers and restaurants/stores/individuals, thus all sales are within a fairly small geographic region.

The concept will work in an unlimited number of regions, but I need a smooth way to switch from one Region to another without creating a completely new website for each.
I will add a "Region" page between "Home" and "Find Farms".
The following pages will be the same for all regions: Home, Region, Join, About Us
The following pages will be PER-REGION: Find Farms, Find Farms
I envision setting up a different menu for each region
Find-Farms-Region1 [Navigation label = "Find Farms"]
Find-Food-Region1 [Navigation label = "Find Food"
Navigation label on all "Find Farms" pages will be "Find Farms", Navigation label on all "Find Food" pages will be "Find Food" so the menu on the website will look exactly the same to the user for each region. The page heading on the regionalized pages will state the region, e.g. "Region1 Farms".
On the Region page, if someone selects "Region1" it will go to page: Find-Farms-Region1
That needs to make it set the menu = Region1Menu so that the user will move between the Region 1 Farms and Food pages as well as the common pages. That will remain true unless they go to Region and select Region 2.
Likewise, if someone selects "Region2" on the Region page it will go to page "Find-Farms-Region2" and the menu should be set to Region2Menu so that the user will move between the Region 2 Farms and Food pages as well as the common pages unless they go to Region page and select a different Region.
Perhaps insert a line or two of code when the region selection link is pressed, before it actually goes to the new FindFarms page? i.e. code to switch to a different menu before this line?

I don't know php and html languages, but I am a retired programmer and know enough to paste some extra code into the "text" version of the page. ("Retired" means I don't want to learn any new languages :-)
If you can solve the structure issue I should be able to replicated it for as many Regions as we add.
I have tried the Wordpress plugin "Conditional Menus" and I cannot get it to do what I need.
I have a test setup with 2 regions and the requisite pages on a domain name which we can use for testing. [login to view URL] I can give you login info for that site if you need it.
Please contact me if you are able to solve this and have a quote/estimate for doing the work.
