we need a developer with a very fast connection in downloading and uploading as our task needs very very fast internet to download and upload 1 GB database to complete our joomla site move to another host Then upgrade it from 1.7 to 2.5 then upgrade civicrm All of these should be done in 2 hour or maximum 3 hours so you should have a very good connection - joomla files already copied to the new host so you don't have to reload it to the new host Milestone will be created and released once all the task done so we won't waste time disputing but you have to accept the project from the begin please type " i can do it in time and i agree " in the begin of your bid so we can know every thing goes right maximum budget 25 $ + 5 stars and very good review

i can do it in time and i agree I have a fiber connection so speed is not an issue as long as your host server has the bandwidth and capacity to handle the incoming data, be careful as some hosts will throttle the data. As far as upgrading Joomla no problem, the only thing to be cautious about is plugins that are not compatible moving from 1.7 to 2.5 as it is very old. You also need root access to the server as you cannot get a DB of that size in through phpMyAdmin 2 parts/milestone. 1. Get the data moved and into the database / at this size I hope your running a INNOB DB 2. Upgrade 1.7 to 2.5
