I need a web application in which we enter data about our electricity, natural gas, fuel oil consumption to find out our carbon footprint on the environment and how green are we. The name of the website will be "How Green" The application should include 3 web pages. Page 1 "Home page" should include general details about the carbon footprint on the environment about how much emissions affect human health (diseases that occur). Page 2 should include the carbon footprint calculator, at the end the result must either be downloaded or sent to 1 email address. Page 3 must include customer support, they must enter their email and question and they will receive the answer to the question by email. The pages must be accessible from the top bar where their names will be. The application must be responsive. The application must be made using PHP, HTML, CSS, POSTMAN, MySQL. an example would be: [login to view URL]
