Build a wordpress based module

The purpose of X Beer Ordering app is to allow restaurants to place orders for brand X Beer cases from the distributor in the restaurant’s city. The back-end architecture for X Beer Ordering app will be built on WordPress and it will consist of a multi-store and multi-site where each site is for a single city where X Beer beer is available. Actions & Notifications There will be 4 users of the app, the actions and notifications for each user are listed below - Restaurants (WP User) Can place orders. Can track past orders. Can confirm deliveries. Will get notifications for - Order shipped & Order delayed. Distributor (Woocommerce vendor) Can mark orders as shipped. Will get notifications for - Orders placed & Order delayed. X Beer local sales team (Site admin) Will get notifications for - Orders placed by restaurants, order fulfilled & delayed orders. X Beer global sales team (Network admin) No action or notifications for this user. All notifications should be in form of email, SMS & WhatsApp. Notification should be sent to multiple users. Listed below are all use cases for notifications - When an order is placed by a restaurant, the Distributor and X Beer local sales team get a notification. Once an order is shipped by the distributor, Restaurant gets a notification. Once an order is marked as delivered by the restaurant, X Beer local sales team get a notification. If order is delayed, Restaurant, DIstributor & X Beer local sales team get a notification. ----- Functionality & Pages Listed below are the functionalities and pages each user will have - Restaurants Login screen. Product screen. Should be able to select beer cases quantity and place an order There will be no payments made and there won’t be a checkout process. The order will directly go into processing state. Order status page Will show all processing, completed and delayed orders. User should be able to close orders on this page. The list should be filterable using javascript on the front-end. Account details page Can view details. Can change account details. Distributors Login page. Order status page - Will show all his processing, completed and delayed orders. Will also show each restaurant detail (Most likely name and phone number only) next to each order. User should be able to mark each order as delivered. The list should be filterable using javascript on the front-end. Filtering will be by processing, completed, delayed orders and restaurants. X Beer local sales team Order status page - Page will be the same as Distributor’s order status page. Analytics page - There will be an analytics page which will show the following metrics: Orders placed. Orders placed by each restaurant. Turn around time (TAT) - From the point an order is placed to order is received for each restaurant. Average order duration difference for each restaurant. Average order size for each restaurant. X Beer global sales team Order status page - Should be able to see total order of a region. The format it is displayed in will be same as Distributors and X Beer local sales team. Analytics page - There will be a analytics page which will show the following metrics: Turn around time (TAT) - Average TAT for each region. Total sales of each region. Can also view statistics for each region. The stats shown for each region will be the same stats shown to X Beer local sales team.
