Build a Website (business search/listing/rate/review/compare) - Mobile ready

I am looking for a web developer who also has a knack for designing a website. Please read this and understand carefully what this project is going for. This is a basically a business searching website by suburb/city/postcode with advance searches by opening hours, services of what the business provides etc. Once the business is found by the search, it will view the image/logo, name, a short discription and ratings (out of 5 stars). Registered users are able to post comments about the business and rate the business out of 5 stars. (They can only rate with posting a comment/review.)

The look and feel will be to be clean/intuitive. Working with Red logo on white. Preferably having a top bar menu in red background with the white logo and menu's on the left. Footer will be secondary menu section. (eg. terms, contact etc)

NOTE: After this project is complete, the same developer will be doing ongoing work for maintenance and adding future features.

There is a comparison site which needs to be a big feature also where a user can search and select up to 3 businesses to compare side by side for eg. services, opening hours, ratings etc. But first of all, a SUBMIT a business page will be needed. Only registered users are able to submit a business with their details and even photos of the business. There will be a feature where they could select, if they are somewhat associated with the business or leave it untick if not. An admin will then need to verify and approve that the business exist before publishing it live for it to be searched and rated and review etc.

The third major feature would be to have a forums/board.

Below are just a few things that I would like on login/register (frontend).

Login Page/feature:

Facebook, google, or email account (username login will not be allowed for the security of the individual) - usernames will be known to other community members via reviews on the business page or forums etc.

- user will then be asked to choose a username (display name) which is mandatory* for posting purposes. (Usernames cannot be changed once registered)

Registered User:

- Username is locked

- Forum post count

- Password/Avatar/editing of user post will be allowed. Once a post is edited - a status will appear next to the heading of the post - Edited.

- If the particular user is associated with a business, they will have an icon next to their username. They will also be able to update the details without need of approval. (needs approval at the start of submitting a business)

Administration backend will need to be able to monitor everything with logs with registrations/forum post/reviews/comments etc.

Before making your bid, please be 110% sure this is a project for you and remember, we would then like to keep the developer on long term and we would like to work with the developer/designer who built it throughout.
